Stilwell man pleads guilty to possessing material involving sexual exploitation of minors
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that a Stilwell man pleaded guilty to possession of certain material involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to reports, Geoff Edward Luethje, 46, knowingly possessed, and accessed with an intent to view, visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, including depictions of children under the age of twelve between April and August 2023.
Charges against Luethje arose after a probe by the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Residence Agencies in Atlanta and Muskogee.
Honorable Judge D. Edward Snow accepted the plea and Luethje was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending sentencing. Assistant United States Attorney Caila M. Cleary prosecuted the case.
