Police Chief: three arrested after search warrant executed
Tahlequah Police Chief Nate King said the department's Special Emphasis Unit served a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Russell Avenue Monday morning.
"[The] substances believed to be methamphetamine and heroin [were] recovered along with a firearm," King said.
The three people taken into custody were; Cody Krivak; Caley Rowan; and Emily Bear.
King said the anticipated charges include possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a school, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept or sold, possession of a firearm after a former conviction, and possession firearm in commission of a felony.
