OHP: Westville woman killed in single-vehicle crash
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a woman was killed when she crashed a vehicle 9.5 miles west of Westville Monday evening.
According to reports, Wanda Langley, 50, was driving a 2006 Ford F-150 westbound on U.S. Highway 62 when she failed to negotiate a curve, departed the road, and struck an embankment, overturning the vehicle.
Langley was pronounced dead at the scene due to head and trunk external injuries.
According to the report, the condition of the driver was “apparently normal” and the cause of the crash was unsafe speed on a curve. Langley was wearing a seat belt.
