OHP: 18-year-old killed in Wagoner County crash
A Wagoner man was killed Thursday, Dec. 14 after the motorcycle he was operating struck a vehicle.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Carter Mullins, 18, was operating a Honda CBR 600 motorcycle at a high rate of speed on State Highway 51 and South 318 Road. The motorcycle struck the rear of a Honda Odyssey van that was driven by a 76-year-old woman, who was not injured.
Mullins was pronounced dead on scene by EMS personnel.
According to the OHP, Mullins was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The cause of the crash is listed as unsafe speed.
