Officer-involved shooting under investigation

Officials with the Eastern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force confirmed gunfire was exchanged between a suspect and law enforcement Thursday morning.

According to reports, a warrant was being served at a residence on West Choctaw Street when the shooting occurred.

The names and conditions of the suspected shooter or the officer involved have not been released and no additional details have been disclosed at this time.
