Man arrested on aggravated child pornography charges
A man was arrested this week after authorities received a tip that images of child pornography were being downloaded.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children task force was alerted of the alleged crime taking place at Kevin Ray Miller's residence on Allen Road, and Cherokee County Sheriff's Sgt. Ryan Robison began the weeks-long investigation.
Robison obtained a search warrant and authorities executed that warrant at Miller's house Tuesday, June 4. A cell phone and computer were seized and images and videos of child pornography were found.
Miller, a tribal member, was arrested and the case will either be prosecuted in tribal court or federal court.
